This policy explains what we collect when you use this page, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this landing page and the enquiry form on it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address and any building details you enter into the enquiry form.
- Advertising click identifiers. If you reach this page from a Google Ads click, the click identifier in the URL is stored in your browser and attached to your enquiry so we can tell which advertising produced it. It is stored for up to 90 days.
- Usage data. Google Analytics records standard information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and quote the work you asked about.
- To follow up about that enquiry by phone or email.
- To measure which advertising and pages generate genuine enquiries.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by our form provider and arrive by email. Website analytics are processed by Google Analytics, and advertising performance by Google Ads. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to keep normal business records. Analytics data is retained on the default schedule of the analytics platform.
Cookies and local storage
Analytics cookies measure site usage. Local storage holds the advertising click identifier described above. You can clear both in your browser at any time; the page works without them.
